Accessibility Statement

The ya jewelry website, operated by (hereinafter: the "Business" and the "Site," respectively), makes every effort to provide its customers and the general public with accessibility to the site controlled by the Business, in an equal and respectful manner, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998 (hereinafter: the "Law") and the subordinate legislation enacted under it.

Accordingly, the following are the accessibility arrangements for the attention of users:

The website and online platforms:

  1. The website operated by the Business is accessible, thereby allowing people with disabilities and the elderly to enjoy browsing and using the information, like any other user.

  1. The site complies with the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to Service), 5773-2013. The adjustments were made based on standard TI 5568 for web content accessibility at the required level (AA and according to WCAG 2.0). The highest level of compatibility for accessibility tools is using the Google Chrome browser.

  1. The site provides a semantic structure for assistive technologies and supports standard usage patterns for operation with a keyboard, using the arrow keys, ENTER, and ESC to exit menus and windows. As can be seen, an accessibility plugin is embedded in the site (appearing as a toolbar marked with a wheelchair icon). The plugin allows for increasing and decreasing text size, changing display shades, and adjusting color, brightness, and contrast settings; as well as navigating via the keyboard as mentioned above, changing the font, highlighting links, and resetting accessibility settings.

  1. The site is adapted for display in common browsers and for adaptive use on smartphones. As noted, the highest compatibility is using the Google Chrome browser.

  1. For an optimal browsing experience with screen reader software, it is recommended to use updated NVDA software. This is a type of screen reader software that enables visually impaired people or people who have difficulty reading text on a computer screen to receive a vocal or Braille description of everything on the computer screen.
